- Notes about pricey dishes
- Some notes about customer service
The Taj Bistro first started doing business on April 24, 2014. The interior of this place can be described as modern, with a twist of rustic. The ceilings have exposed ductwork painted black, and the walls are creamy white. There are subtle decorations like a hookah in one corner, a mural of some of Taj Mahal’s archways on one wall, and modern Edison lamps casting a warm yellow light over the place.
The tables are plain wooden, while the chairs are more elaborate, with grey upholstery. One side has a seating bench instead of chairs. The bar is made from gleaming granite, and behind it is an open kitchen where the patrons can observe the preparation of their meal.
The menu consists of dishes from several famous Indian royal kitchens, bringing a fusion of tastes and spices for the true enjoyment of the patrons. There is a drinks menu with traditional Indian drinks as well as more common cocktails from its full bar. There is an offer for several varieties of soups, traditional appetisers like samosas, tandoor dishes, seafood dishes, vegetarian and gluten-free curries, authentic Indian main courses, side dishes, rice dishes and different types of naan. The Taj Bistro serves an excellent selection of Indian desserts like Ras Malai, Jalebi, Gajar Ka Halwa and more.
You can make a reservation and enjoy a night of good Indian food with friends or family, or you can order a meal through the Skip The Dishes app. There are daily specials, so make sure you ask your server what satisfying dish their chef has prepared.
