There is plenty of parking around the building for both cars and bikes. The place has a TV and is a popular place for groups and families, as it is child-friendly. There is no outside patio, but the inside is very pleasantly decorated, and they also serve alcohol from their full bar. The Noble Cuisine has been serving Japanese and Thai meals to the Barrie community since 2015, on a location of a previous Japanese restaurant. The décor is modern and pleasing. Wooden dividers are providing more intimate dining areas and separating the entrance from the diners. The tables have white tablecloths and comfortable-looking chairs that add a classy look to the place. There are nice Japanese-inspired light fixtures and the inevitable potted bamboos.
The menu offered at Noble Cuisine is a fusion of Asian dishes. The appetiser section offers Thai spring rolls, satay, edamame, coconut shrimp, tempura, wontons, and other Asian appetisers. There are a variety of soups, salads, vegetable dishes, chicken and beef dishes, curry dishes, rice dishes, the ever-popular noodle dishes, sushi and sashimi dishes, sushi pizza, maki and temaki dishes, Japanese main courses, meat and vegetarian bento boxes and complete family dinners for two three four and five people.
The meals are exquisitely presented, in line with the Asian traditions. The kitchen staff at Noble Cuisine takes their job seriously, and patrons always get superbly decorated platters with food. The food is served on white or black porcelain plates, and some sushi and sashimi orders come on beautiful bamboo boats. The large roll trays are always beautifully decorated with flowers made from foodstuffs.
The patrons can observe part of the food preparation through the semi-opened kitchen. They also get to order their food via a tablet computer in the restaurant or order online through their website. The interesting thing is that patrons can order online and have their food at the restaurant at a specified time. This is convenient for people travelling and getting near the restaurant, or placing an order before leaving home and have it served right as they sit in the Noble Cuisine restaurant.
