Orillia
The city of Orillia was founded the same year as Canada, 1867, and is located on the northern shore of Lake Simcoe, between Lake Simcoe and Lake Couchiching. With a population of approximately 30,000, it is the 39th largest city in Canada. Also known as the Sunshine City (from a Stephen Leacock story), Orillia features a number of festivals and a water-park, as well as Casino Rama.
