Chef Allan Ragalsky consistently wows diners with his world-class cuisine, and creates a wide choice of fresh dishes daily to keep the menu lively. Of course, the pub offers traditional Scottish fare (our beer-battered fish supper is the McKay recipe passed down through generations of Sandy’s family).
Gord's fixation with fine whiskey
It’s a poor palate indeed that can’t appreciate the smooth throatiness of a fine whiskey. I’m always on the lookout for innovative Scotch whiskey to introduce to our patrons. We serve over 300 whiskey (200 single malts). We also tap ten fine beers and ales.
